A milky, lightweight toner from Anua formulated on a 71% Rice Bran Water base instead of standard purified water, with Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract at 3,753ppm. The formula combines Niacinamide for brightening, a 3-type Ceramide complex (NP, AP, EOP) for barrier support, and Arbutin and Ascorbic Acid for additional brightening support. Hyaluronic Acid complex, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein and Rice Seed Protein round out the hydrating and skin-conditioning elements.

Fragrance-free with a light, non-sticky milky texture that absorbs cleanly. Can be applied via cotton pad or fingertips. Clinically shown to balance excess sebum after 4 weeks of use.

How To Use
