Apply an appropriate amount to cleansed, toned skin in the evening. Gently pat over the face until fully absorbed, avoiding the immediate eye area. Follow with moisturiser to lock in hydration and support skin comfort. Begin with 2 to 3 evenings per week and gradually increase to nightly use as skin adjusts. Always apply a broad-spectrum SPF the following morning. Do not use alongside other high-strength actives such as AHA/BHA acids or Vitamin C without consulting your skincare routine first. Not recommended during pregnancy.
