The Centellian24 Madeca Prime Ritual White Pearl is a premium 4-in-1 at-home beauty device from Centellian24, reimagining the traditional gua sha as a heart-shaped tool that glides along the contours of the face and body. It combines radiofrequency (RF) warmth, an absorption mode and a microcurrent mode in one rechargeable device.

It offers three modes: a triple-frequency RF mode (0.7 / 1.0 / 2.0 MHz) that delivers gentle warming across three frequencies to help firm and sculpt the look of the skin; an EP absorption mode that helps your serums and creams absorb; and an MC microcurrent mode for a firmer-looking finish. A dual head (a wide zone for larger areas and a point zone for targeted areas) covers the face, neck, body and scalp, with adjustable intensity for sensitive or experienced users. Rechargeable via USB-C. Includes the device, pouch, cleaner, USB-C cable and manual.

How To Use

Apply serum, moisturiser or cream to clean, dry skin. Turn on the device, select the mode and intensity, and gently massage from the centre of the face or body outward for about 5 minutes, keeping the device moving rather than holding it in one spot. RF mode is recommended around 3 times a week; EP and MC modes can be used once a day. After use, wipe the head with the included cleaner.

Recommended Skin Type

For at-home use on face, neck, body and scalp. Start at level 1 if you are new to RF devices. Do not use RF mode over thick or oily products, or products containing oil, retinol, sunscreen or denatured alcohol, as this can reduce the effect. Keep liquids out of the device's working parts. Follow the included manual, and check the manual's contraindications (for example, use with a pacemaker or during pregnancy) before use.
