The Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream Mist is a two-in-one hydrating mist from the 345 Line, formulated with a unique 2-layer formula that separates into a cream phase and a water-essence phase in the bottle. Shaking before use combines them into a cream-water hybrid that delivers both the immediate refreshing burst of a fine mist and the richer conditioning of a cream in a single application.
The base is Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Water rather than plain water, infused with Lactobacillus fermentation of rice and Streptococcus Thermophilus Ferment for probiotic-adjacent skin microbiome support. Pyrus Malus (Apple) Juice adds a vitamin and fruit acid-rich conditioning layer. The hydration system layers Polyquaternium-51 (a biocompatible hydration polymer that mimics natural moisturising factors), Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronate, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid and Hyaluronic Acid. Madecassoside and Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract provide soothing support.
