The Dr. Melaxin TX Cream is a targeted brightening moisturiser built around a potent Tranexamic Acid and Niacinamide complex at 70,000ppm. Working together, these two ingredients inhibit melanin production deep within the skin, helping to visibly fade stubborn dark spots, post-acne marks, sun damage, and uneven pigmentation over time.
