After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with toner and sweep gently over the face following the skin's texture for a mild exfoliating effect. Alternatively, pour directly into the palms and press gently over the face for a softer hydrating application. For extra care, soak cotton pads and apply to the face as a toner mask, leaving on for five to ten minutes. Use morning and evening.
