VT's Cica Collagen Eye Cream packs 300 Dalton low-molecular-weight Hydrolyzed Collagen - fish-derived, and small enough to absorb into the delicate periorbital skin rather than sitting on top of it - into a vibrating applicator that dispenses and drives the formula in simultaneously. The oscillating head works at up to 12,000 vibrations per minute, enhancing absorption of the actives with every application.

The formula is built on CICAHYALON - VT's proprietary centella complex that combines Centella Asiatica Extract with individually listed centellosides (Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid, Madecassoside, Madecassic Acid) - alongside a multi-type HA complex, Ceramide NP, Hydrolyzed Elastin and Glycosphingolipids for layered hydration and barrier support. Glycine Soja Phytoplacenta Extract targets collagen stimulation and tightening. Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (stable Vitamin C) and Niacinamide brighten.
