The VT Reedle Shot Lip Plumper Twinkle creates an instant plumping effect through two complementary actives: Menthyl Lactate (cooling) and Vanillyl Butyl Ether (warming) activate opposing sensation receptors simultaneously, making lips look and feel visibly fuller on application. The Cica Reedle component adds gentle exfoliation to smooth the lip surface and maximise the plumping effect. CICAHYLON (VT's centella and HA complex) keeps lips soothed and hydrated throughout wear.

The Twinkle shade delivers a glossy transparent base with pink and gold glitter particles for a pearlescent, dimensional finish. Jojoba Seed Oil and Castor Seed Oil condition. Contains Fragrance and Benzyl Benzoate (EU declared allergen). 4.3g.
